Logging and Debugging Support

RIFT.ware allows users to capture and send all log files to RIFT for analysis and support.

  1. Sign in to Launchpad.

  2. On the Launchpad menu, click ADMINISTRATION > SYSTEM ERRORS.

  3. Click , to start the process of generating log files and make them available for download in the UI.

  4. To download the crash details or logs, click on the appropriate link next to Download:.

    The log information opens as a text file.

  5. Analyze the logs to debug an issue. If you need additional assistance fixing an issue, then send the log files to RIFT.ware Services & Support.
