Logging and Debugging Support
RIFT.ware allows users to capture and send all log files to RIFT for analysis and support.

Sign in to Launchpad.

On the Launchpad menu, click ADMINISTRATION > SYSTEM ERRORS.

Click
, to start the process of generating log files and make them available for download in the UI. -
To download the crash details or logs, click on the appropriate link next to Download:.
The log information opens as a text file.

Analyze the logs to debug an issue. If you need additional assistance fixing an issue, then send the log files to RIFT.ware Services & Support.
